Description
Three-quarter-length female bust in classical dress. Her hair is up and she wears a crown and a veil. There is a jewelled belt round her waist and a long double rope of pearls around her neck.

Vessel history
A 4th rate, 50 gun wood sailing frigate launched at Pembroke Dockyard in 1849. She was converted to screw in 1861 and spent the rest of her active career on the East Indies station. The ship and a naval brigade drawn from her crew were involved in the Abyssinian Expedition of 1868. She was broken up in 1876 at Chatham.
