Description
Crowned male demi-head. It originally depicted a half-length figure of Jupiter. After both arms had been replaced, the figurehead acquired a trident and was converted to a figure of Neptune.

Hellyer design 1851. A stone replica was made for Bermuda Maritime Museum.
Vessel history
Screw 2nd rate, 80 guns, launched at Chatham in 1859. From 1864 until 1868 she was used at a Coast Guard vessel at Southampton and then was used as a depot ship at Bermuda until 1894.
