Object history
In the 1950's the figurehead was placed outside on The Admiral's Walk at Chatham Dockyard before being sent to HMS 'Caledonia', Rosyth.
Vessel history
A screw sloop made from wood, built at Pembroke Dock in 1846. She was rebuilt at Blackwall in 1848 and sold in 1863.
